- VAVanessa AssaroJan 5, 20264.0This is take out only place which means there's no place to sit. I didn't notice that before getting there but it was clearly noted on Google. It was a bummer that it also meant they have no bathroom either since we planned to order something and also needed a bathroom which is hard to come by in the area without having to order something. The place is tiny so it gets a bit crowded when it's busy. I went on a Friday evening and half the place was full of people waiting. My order did take a long time, over 20 minutes. But it seemed their system went down for a bit and they were having trouble which put them further behind. But the staff was friendly and clearly trying their best to catch up. Some of the customers were very rude and the staff kept their cool while rushing around to complete their orders. I really want to acknowledge that. It was obviously not an easy moment and it took a lot of strength not to respond with rudeness right back at them, even as a bystander. Once things got to manageable level a staff member called out to ask if any orders were still missing (mine was) and immediately checked in. I could see someone already packing it and a few moments later another friendly staff member handed it over and everything was correct. So yes the order took some extra time but the staff was friendly and working hard to remedy the situation.
