  This wendys should be closed for public health reasons!! Avoid unless you want food poisoning!! I went Thursday last week about 5pm. I had the the runs for 3 days because of their food. The burgers came with stale buns. The lettuce was wet and looked slimy so I scraped it off. The burgers were cold and tasted old. I only had a few bites because I was starving and in a rush but it was so disgusting I threw them away. Only I person prepping the food had gloves on. Both soda machines had no ice and no CO2. Tasted like syrup water I couldn't even drink it also ended up throwing it away also. I ordered 2 JBC 8 dollar meal. People at counter had no idea what it was. I was given a small soda and small fries with it. When I asked why they told me it changed with an attitude. I also noticed 3 counter people didnt know the number to go into the computer. All the tables were dirty. Bathroom was closed. Upstairs closed. Lots of homeless people inside and outside. I normally eat wendys 2-3 times a week but avoid this location at all costs. How this place passed inspection I have no idea. I am thinking to report them to the government for hygiene. Avoid at all costs!!

  I used the kiosk to purchase my order. I forgot to say no cheese. Once I apologized for my mistake. The cook then proceeded too get angry and upset with me and the manager also as well. The cook name was natty and the manager name was Maribel. I would never return back here. It was very unpleasant to hear them consult about me in Spanish. Made my experience very uncomfortable I will never return back here. The manager said she couldn’t give me my money back as well.

  Dec 21, 2025, I decided to go to Wendy’s and it was the worse burger I had. You can judge by photo. The burger was like dog meat, cold, drinks were not as tasteful either. They only gave me 2 napkins, and had to asked for more and one of the female worker had an attitude. You will never get me going back to this Wendy’s.
