- OPOxana PirelaFeb 6, 20262.0Today just wasn’t our day. It started with something simple — we asked for water with no ice, and somehow it came exactly the opposite. Then we waited about 40 minutes for our appetizers because our server mixed up our order (they apologized, but still). After that we ordered steaks, and the doneness was way off from what we asked for. The cocktails were also just… fine — honestly, the kind of drinks you could get at any basic spot. For a high-end restaurant, we expected a much better overall experience.

Within an hour, I started feeling sick with food poisoning symptoms including stomach cramps, diarrhea and nausea. I wasn't expecting to get so sick from a restaurant inside the Four Seasons especially when they're charging an arm and a leg for the food. My husband was so upset he wrote to the hotel that evening and even though it's been almost a week, we still haven't heard a word. What a terrible and disappointing experience.

The setting is beautiful, with a calm, polished atmosphere that makes it easy to enjoy a relaxed meal. My guests ordered a few of the mains and were very happy with their food and the presentation. I kept it light with coffee and ice cream and both were excellent. The service team deserves credit for being attentive without hovering. Overall, it's a refined spot for a quiet lunch and definitely worth a visit.
