  The Wagyu steak is amazing. The Wagyu is definitely a reason alone to dine here. Service is top notch. You are well cared for without being intrusive. The vibe is modern minimalist elegance. There is an open kitchen where you can see the chef cooking over an open flame. They have individual bathrooms which are quite nice.

  Tanto el restaurante como la zona en que se encuentra son muy recomendables para pasar un lindo momento. La atención es especial, quedan pocos lugares como éste a un precio, si bien no muy bajo, tampoco elevado. Volveríamos cada vez que volvamos a Nueva York.

  First the good: the dining room is gorgeous and the food is excellent. BUT the service was atrocious. I was the only customer for breakfast. At 9AM, the entire restaurant was empty except for me. You would have thought when I walked in that I interrupted that most fun conversation of 2025 and really put them out. Not unlike when I tell my toddler that it’s time to turn off the TV. The waiter took me to my table and never said a word - just looked at me until I gave him my order. He dropped off the food and never returned - not to check on me, not to offer more coffee and not to see if I wanted the check. Mind you I was the only customer and he was assisted by a manager. Really really off putting. Maybe they reserve the smiles and the questions for guests of the hotel but it was really striking.

  The food here is genuinely amazing every single bite we had was on point. We ordered the Kaluga Caviar Service, Grilled Shrimp, Gem Lettuce Salad, Wagyu Steak, King Crab Roll, Truffle Fries, Caramel Banana Split, and Strawberries & Cream and honestly, everything tasted perfect. The quality, flavor, and presentation were exactly what you’d hope for at a place like this. The only reason this isn’t a 5-star review is the service and overall hospitality. From the host stand to our server, there was very little warmth, and it felt like we had to fight for drinks and attention the entire night. We were also there for my wife’s birthday, which was clearly noted on the reservation, and it was pretty disappointing to watch tables around us get candles with their desserts while nothing was acknowledged for us. For a restaurant at this level, every layer of the front-of-house came up way short. That said, the food outweighs the shortcomings, which is why it still earns four stars. If they elevate the hospitality to match the kitchen, this would easily be a 5-star experience.
