  I am generally not one to leave negative reviews, but after the experience we had on our wedding day, I feel compelled to share my disappointment. As a long-time patron of RH dining who has frequently recommended this venue to friends and family, I am shocked by the service—or lack thereof—we received. • Seating Issues: We booked for a party of 7 and explicitly mentioned this was our wedding celebration. While we were told tables were "adjacent," it was never disclosed that they could not be moved. Our party was forced to sit separately, defeating the entire purpose of a post-ceremony gathering. • Extreme Delays: We sat down at 2:00 PM. We weren't even offered water until 2:40 PM, and only after we had to ask because we had a pregnant guest at the table. Drinks and appetizers didn't arrive until 3:00 PM. • Inexplicable Service Gaps: We watched the staff serve multiple other groups who arrived well after us. In fact, two parties who sat down after we did were finished with their meals and leaving by the time our appetizers finally hit the table. • A Ruined Celebration: We didn't walk out of what was supposed to be a "lunch" until 5:00 PM. For a brand that prides itself on luxury and hospitality, this was an absolute failure. To have this happen on my wedding day—a detail I made very clear to the staff beforehand—is heartbreaking. This experience effectively ruined our afternoon and has completely changed my perspective on a place I once loved.

  I’m literally sitting in the restaurant right now writing this review. Absolutely incredible customer service, my waiter was Emma please request her to take care of you when you dine. Out lambs was a little undercooked so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy them all but we receive a complimentary puree desert for the trouble. The atmosphere was amazing and loved the outside dining. I will be returning!!!!!

  Very rude! Specially if you’re black you’ll feel a bit uncomfortable because all they do is stare you down till you don’t wanna be there anymore. You cannot take pictures at all!!! Literally! Not even a selfie! They don’t sing happy birthday to you and last for not least. The food isn’t that good. Don’t recommend.

However, the dining space can feel somewhat noisy, which may detract from privacy — for a quieter experience, consider the downstairs or upstairs areas. In terms of food, I found the overall offerings to be solid: the Grilled Avocado with Caviar 🥑🐟 presents a creative and well‑balanced starter, pairing creamy avocado with briny fish roe; the Roasted Lamb Chops 🍖 are tender, flavorful, and generously portioned — highly recommended; and the Whole Branzino 🐟 is fresh and light without being overly oily. The pacing of the meal was well‑managed and dishes arrived promptly. The service staff were friendly and professional, which added to an enjoyable dining experience. Overall, this restaurant delivers a refined atmosphere, reliable dishes, and attentive service — a great pick for relaxed family or group dining.

  I wanted to enjoy this restaurant so bad since it was my birthday. The food is honestly amazing and the atmosphere was beautiful. I just wish the service was a little friendlier. I have this fear of going to restaurants late night on weekdays because the service always sucks or just very distasteful. The joke of the night was “ maybe other places but not here“ told from our waiter when my bestfriend was confused after being told the staff was going to taste her drink with a straw, since she complained about the alcohol ( brought the wrong alcohol by the way ). She was a bit confused and concerned because she never heard of such thing before. Our waiter made us feel out of place and if I’m being honest it was funny at the time because I couldn’t believe he said that but after sitting with the joke especially with times that we are in right now it was actually very racist and wouldn’t be coming back again.
