  Just heard an employee (dreads, glasses, short) tell a paying customer to go to shakeshak if they want to use the bathroom. This dude also had headphones in. Not a care in the world. The staff can’t recommend any drinks and are disrespectful. Says “hurry up man.” What kind of and pick something. Mind you this is a Sunday w one person behind me. No hand gloves or nothing, dames hands picking his nose, touching your ingredients. Disgusting. Easiest 1 star of my life.

  Coffee is pretty tasty. The barista was rude for no apparent reason? I like a moody barista, fits the vibe, sure. But their menu has sizes S M L, I chose medium. She goes small or large, I say do you guys not have medium in iced, she goes “small or large”. So no communication whatsoever, there’s not a line behind me. Anyways, the coffee isn’t good enough to deal with an unnecessary attitude. Bummed because the shop is actually dope, it’s also hard to find soy milk in coffee shops as is.

  Ordered their iced Mocha and it was so disappointing.. It tasted like diluted chocolate milk. You can’t taste the espresso at all. We also tried their Açaí bowl (The Rider) and the açaí purée does not taste anything like açaí at all, AGAIN! Also, the texture of the açaí is like whipped cream. Overall, pretty disappointed with the lack of flavor of the drink and food.
