Born on the balmy beaches of the Yucatán in 2006, Tacombi is your dream destination for authentic tacos, Mexican snacks, sunset cocktails y ice-cold beer.
Our neighborhood taquerias are places to gather, enjoy and share in the communion of tacos, burritos, quesadillas and more. We are honored & grateful for the opportunity to serve our community and to share authentic Mexican taco culture every single day.
While many customers praised the tacos for their flavor and freshness, some found certain dishes, like the fish taco and al pastor, to be disappointing or dry.

Service received mixed reviews; while some highlighted exceptional staff like Juan Carlos and Maria, others reported issues with attentiveness and management.
Atmosphere
The restaurant's atmosphere was frequently described as vibrant and enjoyable, making it a pleasant dining experience.
Pricing
Several customers noted that the prices were on the higher side, with some feeling that the value did not match the cost.

Overall, we had a very good experience!! The ingredients were fresh and everything was super flavorful.
Food-wise, the chicken taco was the best one, but be warned, it’s very spicy. The beef taco was also good and comes with a nice little juice on the side. The fish taco was a bit disappointing in taste. As for the quesadilla, it tasted good but didn’t feel worth the price compared to the tacos.
The dishes were spicier than we expected, so don’t hesitate to ask the staff for recommendations if you’re not used to spicy food!
In terms of quantity, we’d recommend ordering about 3 items per person.
The atmosphere is incredible and very immersive, and the good heating was really appreciated during the cold winter. We also easily found a table for 5 people at 9:30 PM, which was a nice surprise.
Bonus: it’s located on Cornelia Street, so it’s a perfect stop for Swifties ✨

Stopped in on a whim, so glad I did. Great atmosphere, attentive and kind wait staff, and the food was so flavorful and balanced. These were the tacos I've been craving! I got to try a new soup as well which was perfect, warm flavors with chicken and lime. The salsas served on the side were so fresh with just the right amount of heat abs flavor

Sub par street tacos that I feel are over twice the price they should be.. steak was on par with taco bell steak at best, al pastor was way to dry, the birria was just ok.. when you come from a place where you get legit amazing street tacos for a buck.. this was anything but that very disappointed I just can't get over it the most expensive and worst tacos ive ever had... why was is soo bad? Atmosphere was great and laid back service..
