I was very excited to go here but came out super disappointed. Maybe it was my choice of food but everything I ordered seemed off. The agua the orchata was more than 50% ice and bland. The asada tacos that went for about $6 each were also bland and not asada at all. I think it had oil which is not how carne asada is cooked and the beans and rice were scolding hot as if taken out of a microwave. The salsas were flavorless and not spicy at all. I feel tacos are hard to mess up that’s why I was so disappointed.

I work in the Empire State Building. Today was my first time trying this restaurant. Placed an order online, walked in and wasn’t greeted. I looked for where I should go to pick up my order. Tried to flag down a worker but got zero support or eye contact. A worker behind the counter literally avoided me, walked to grab and eat a chip with his bare hand, from a chip container, and pointed me to a waiter on the floor. I finally got my order, picked it up at the time it said it would be ready and it was somehow very COLD. Definitely expected more especially with it being in the Empire State Building. Never again.

Had the team cater a client event. Food was terrific, people liked the Latin beer and wine as well. Few guests said it was spicy, which was meant as a compliment. Team was professional and polite. It was a terrific event and your team made it super easy. Thank you so much.

It was an incredible experience; from the moment you arrive, you feel a truly Mexican atmosphere. For appetizers, I recommend the "corn esquites" and "guacamole con totopos". The tacos and quesadillas are delicious, especially the "baja crispy fish", “beef birria”, and "Sinaloa shrimp". Another important point is the customer service; they greet you and serve you with great kindness and are very helpful. The waiter who served me was named Alberto, and he explained the menu to me in a simple and efficient way. By the way, the "volcán de pastor" is a new dish, and it's also very delicious.
