    The food itself was pretty standard for a Taco Bell. My order included several tacos, a burrito, and a few other items. I ordered online through the app, and service was pretty fast. It was ready before I arrived. The sauces I ordered were not included, but not a big issue. The location was pretty empty, when I came. The space was pretty clean and provided different seating options. There were many people just coming in and sitting, which was a bit odd, but it was not disruptive. The sauces and napkins were convenient to get. Overall, pretty decent Taco Bell. It is nearby the West 4 train station, which has the A/B/C/D/E/F trains.

    I’d recommend checking out your food before you leave this Taco Bell location. I ordered chicken tenders and when I opened up the package back at work the chicken tenders were burned/inedible. I also complained to Taco Bell with the order number with no response. I DO NOT recommend coming to this location and spending your hard earned money. There’s a lot of fast food options around the area. In addition, the kitchen is too small to accommodate so many people in the area. There’s virtually no customer service at all. I’ll take my money elsewhere. Such a disappointment because I was a very big Taco Bell fan. Corporate is always trying to save money but at what cost?

    My experience: This Taco Bell was unclean, with table tops covered in crumbs, food, and stains. The floors were also dirty with food and papers. There weren’t enough stools to sit and eat comfortably. It had a strong, unpleasant odor, resembling underarm smells. The food tasted terrible, and the customer service was poor.
