When I arrived, I noticed that the workstation was unsanitary, so I politely asked the two staff members on duty to change their gloves and clean the line before preparing my food. They refused to do so and instead offered me a refund. I politely declined and asked if they could simply remake the food. One team member responded, “I can’t, he’s my boss.” When I asked for their names, they refused to provide them. I mentioned that I visit this location often and had never seen them before. The team member then said he would process my refund, but he attempted to refund only half of what I paid, which made me question whether he was actually the manager. He then instructed the other team member not to make my food and proceeded to threaten me, telling me to “watch what happens” if I returned. Overall, this was a very poor and unsettling experience.
