- AHAlaina HJun 13, 20251.0I was yelled at by an employee here for no reason. I'm not a 'Karen' or uptight, literally just a regular person - nothing odd or off about me... to my knowledge. Came in behind one other person, then a few people lined up after me. The employee bypassed me and started to serve the other people behind me. One skip, fine. Two? That's odd. When I pointed out the first time, he rolled his eyes at me and ignored me. I had to interject again and mention that I was skipped twice. He then yelled at me that he's really busy and that I need to wait. I then mentioned that I hadn't even ordered yet. No yelling from me, it's just not worth it. He then said "Well I thought you ordered online already". The thing is, that's fine, but why not ask before yelling at me, especially as a grown man? I get mistakes, and I understand having a bad day, especially in food service, but I don't feel that it gives someone the right to snap at someone else over their own mistake. No apology or anything. I left, just because being spoken to like that made me extremely uncomfortable.
