I’m truly overwhelmed with helplessness and even lost for words. No one paid me any mind when I walked in—even though there was a staff member at the front desk, I waited a full two minutes before he reluctantly asked what I needed, his attitude perfunctory and rude, with absolutely no desire to do business. This was already my second time at this store; my first impression was mediocre at best, but at least the price was correct back then.
I ordered the same meal of the day as last time. Two weeks ago, before placing my order, I asked if I could switch to a bottled drink—he agreed and charged me $6.99 + taxes, so I assumed the process and price would remain the same. Yet this time, he overcharged me outright, claiming the bottled drink price is different, even though it was clearly $6.99 before. When I said I wanted a cup instead, he immediately turned off the cash register, saying he couldn’t make changes because he couldn’t reopen the machine and history.
What’s more, he had the audacity to say, “It’s just a little extra money—don’t act like you can’t afford it. Why are you giving me that look?” I’m not an unreasonable person; if he’d just asked politely, I wouldn’t have insisted on a refund or exchange. But I can’t fathom why, when I questioned the price I was charged, he’d accuse me of being unable to afford such a small amount. His service attitude is extremely problematic.
On top of that, there’s no proper price list for the meal of the day—only a sign at the entrance that simply says $5.99. I don’t understand this practice; it’s designed to make customers oblivious to hidden costs. I’m utterly disappointed, and after hearing him say “it’s just a little money,” I’ll never be coming back. This owner is truly in the wrong.

The main thing wrong with this subway is their horribly misleading prices. I got a footlong chicken bacon ranch, which their sign says is $12.99. Instead they charged me $15.49 for the base price, and offered no explanation other than the actual price was $15.49

Rude and disrespectful staff, disgusting cooking, cold bread and all the ingredients are falling apart, I don't recommend going into this subway
