- MMMeg’sDec 1, 20255.0Today I had one of those moments that proved kindness really does attract kindness... We walked into this Subway in NYC and Nitin (either the owner or an employee) was fixing the soda fountain... He let us know it would take about five minutes before he could take our order and we told him we were totally fine waiting... While we waited, a couple of people rushed in and ended up ordering before us.... We even let three people go ahead because he seemed to be in a hurry....Through all of this, Nitin noticed how patient we were and that we didn’t complain or make a big deal about the delays.... When it was finally our turn, he took our order calmly and kindly... Then he surprised us with a 10% discount... and even gave us a free Footlong veggie patty simply because we waited and stayed polite.... In a city where everyone is always rushing, that small moment of mutual kindness really stood out... Nitin is incredibly calm, polite and truly customer oriented.... This experience made my day.... Kindness really does come back to you... and I highly recommend this Subway location!!

He put Sriracha Sauce instead of Cranberry Sauce, and also didn't put provolone cheese. He wanted me to cancel the order & get out the store instead of kindly making me another one due to his negligence & Rudeness. 2 customers before have already walked out on his horrible customer service.
- POPissed OffAug 22, 20251.0I made an order using the app, it went through and some Indian guy acted aggressively when I asked him if he had received the order. I had waited 15 minutes and wanted to know if at least he received the order. He responded in broken English so I couldn’t understand what he was saying. I decided to wait the few minutes left and when I approached him again he asked to see a printed receipt. I said I had ordered through the app and the order had gone through on my end. He again spoke broken English and for what I understood he said I had to go to another store and threaten to call the police. I was fuming and reported him then. I also called my bank to cancel the transaction. Order here at your own risk!
