Submitted a request via their contact form on their website - no response. Tried to call the store directly multiple times - call will not go through (says the line has been disconnected). Absolute trash company with nonexistent customer service. Filing as fraud with my bank. Shame on you, Subway. Will not be returning to any of your stores.
