Unfortunately, it’s clear that this restaurant struggles with organizational/scheduling issues that made our experience less than stellar. I had a reservation set for 8:45, and we arrived around 8:15 to see if they could seat us any earlier. Long story short, we weren’t sat until 9:25. Thirty minutes AFTER our reservation. There were multiple parties ahead of us, and both the bar and the “waiting area” were too packed with people for us to even stay there. Our waiter then took a very long time to get to us, we had to ask for bread that I saw other tables getting immediately, and it was clear that the place was overwhelmed. I hope that in the future, they figure out seating and scheduling better to allow for a more accommodating experience. When guests are paying that much (and we came for a special occasion), they should feel more like a priority.
