They made me sick and skip my trip! We celebrated our st.Valentine’s day on 2026, Feb 15 4pm reservation. Out server was unusually keeping his face masked up and gloves on, however I still caught a cold. 2 days later fell sick to the point that I need to cancel my trip. I work from home it’s only place I went. Why the restaurant’s manager think it’s enough to put a mask on a sick person and make them work? Why am I the one who must suffer the consequences of skipping a trip amd not able to work!!!!! Outrageous! We spent $280+tip. We usually celebrate our events here. Well, this was the last time. I’m sick of it! You see what I did in here?!;)

Food here was AMAZING! The flavors on everything were fantastic. My partner and I got a steak, the salmon, a wedge salad, two sides, and four drinks and it was around $280, I would say it was completely worth it! The only complaint I have is our server. We dined here on Valentine’s Day upstairs and our server came across uninterested with serving us. The table next to us got a very personal and exceptional experience by the same server and my partner and I were confused and annoyed by it. We both are in our 20’s and work in the service industry so this was unfortunate considering it was Valentine’s Day and our anniversary. We ended up still tipping 20% because we’ve been in her position but she didn’t really deserve it. Can’t remember her name but she was a dirty blonde wearing a high bun and we were sat in a corner with a mirror above it.

My friend and I had a pleasant experience at Strip House Steakhouse after a Broadway show.
We arrived about 10 minutes early and were kindly allowed to wait in the foyer, which was a nice touch. Our reservation was for 4:00 PM, and we were promptly seated right on time. Our drinks and appetizers were taken quickly, but it took over 30 minutes for them to arrive. I had the crab cake, which was flavorful and well-prepared.
For dinner, I ordered the twin lobster tails. They were delicious and cooked perfectly. My friend ordered the filet mignon butterflied and topped Oscar-style, which she thoroughly enjoyed. The steak was tender and cooked to her liking.
We shared the creamed spinach and a loaded baked potato. The sides were underwhelming—not terrible, but not particularly memorable compared to the main courses.
We both ordered French martinis, and they were very strong—definitely heavy on the pour. Depending on your preference, that could be a plus!
Our waiter was great, and we enjoyed our meal and the convenience of dining here after the show. With a little improvement in timing and sides, it would be an even better experience.

Our experience at Strip House Steakhouse on 44th Street in Manhattan was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the general manager, Sophia, whose hospitality set the tone for the evening. Our server, Sean, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, making sure every detail of our meal was perfect. The food was outstanding, with perfectly cooked steaks and sides that were just as memorable. The impeccable service and genuinely welcoming atmosphere made the night unforgettable. We can’t wait to return! Happyguy !!!

Good atmosphere. Good food.
(will NOT be back at their midtown location)
The reason for 2 stars is poor service. I understand it might vary from waiter to waiter but I can only judge by the service given to us. No bread offered - while other tables around us were getting bread. My son didn’t get his plate and silverware until asked for it, even as food was served. Our steak with sides arrived 1 1/2 hours after we were seated, and we didn’t have any appetizers or salads. While tables around us had their food served promptly, we were sitting waiting.
Once the food finally came out, it was COLD. The steak was luke warm and all the sides were literally room temperature (cold).
Truffle butter on steak was missing, although it was added to the bill.
Again, atmosphere was good and food tasted good but service was non existent for our table.
