Not only was it delicious but I made a mistake in my order (not their fault) and they corrected it without charging me. Great food and great service!

Authentic Mexican food puts more effort into offerings for non meat eaters. The non meat options here are subpar and mock all the traditional Mexican dishes and ingredients that can actually make those options worth the cost, and wait time. There is only white vegetables inside the veggie burritos, no lettuce, no rice[b.c I guess rice isn't used to stabilize the shape of the burrito] nothing fresh or even good taste wise. The cauliflower is not even cut up but you can cut up the meat? If you dont want vegetarian or vegans as customers just say so. If you don't maybe consult chefs that actually know how to put together those recipes and not a bunch of meat lovers and sickly looking vegetarians as you feedback. There is a plantega on Rivington and orchard. Pay it a visit and learn how to step up your game b.c its so disgraceful that 1. The owner is Mexican & pushes these options. 2. The price of the burritos for 2 ingredients it should be closer to $5. B.c what am I even paying for? Cauliflower & potatoes. Or beans and cheese. Neither is a high cost ingredient that you should be charging over $6 for. Arguably you chose the least expensive veggie options and chose to charge more for it. The beans & cheese are side ingredients for your other burritos-$5, the cauliflower &potatoes-$6
Businesses like this that cater so heavily to meat eaters shouldnt pretend to even want other business b.c there is 0 real effort placed into it.

We’d heard so many great things about this place, and as big burrito lovers, we were really excited to try it. We ordered the breakfast burrito w/ bacon and the carne asada. The tortillas on both were perfectly grilled — just the right amount of chew with great flavor.
The carne asada was solid, and adding guacamole made it a solid burrito.
Unfortunately, the breakfast burrito was quite bland. Even after adding bacon, there wasn’t much flavor, and I could barely taste it. Personally, I find the combination of rajas and pico de gallo inferior in every aspect compared to the green chile and hash brown options that places like Ursula and Santa Fe BK offer.
Of course, flavors are subjective, but knowing those other options exist, I probably wouldn’t come back. Also, there is no seating area.

Enjoyed their burritos but the wrap was v oily! Also deducting 1 star for the cultural appropriation - I’m a brown-skinned woman - and I asked about the vegan burrito and he assumed I was Indian (I am not) and proceeded to tell me it was like “gobi” which I then said “what’s that?” as I’m not Indian and he seemed surprised I didn’t know that… doubt he would’ve been surprised if a white person didn’t know that!
