  I had the most amazing experience at pasta lab! JC was the perfect host and guide us to choose the perfect pasta. The truffle mushrooms with chicken mama Mia!!!!!!! Thank you for the best experience ever pasta lab.

  Absolutely phenomenal experience. The food was next level — fresh pasta cooked perfectly, rich flavorful sauces, and every dish tasted intentional and high quality. You can really tell they take pride in what comes out of that kitchen. And JC? Outstanding. Attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He elevated the entire experience and made us feel taken care of without being overbearing. Service like that makes a difference. Between the incredible food and top-tier service, this spot is easily a must-visit in NYC. I’ll definitely be back.

  Absolutely loved my experience at Pasta Lab! You can immediately taste the difference—they make all their pasta and sauces in-house, and the food is phenomenal. But what really made the visit special was Jose. He was so incredibly warm and welcoming, and his hospitality truly elevated the whole meal. Highly recommend!

  This spot has truly won me over. The pesto alla genovese tastes incredibly fresh, with a perfect balance of basil and juicy cherry tomatoes in every bite. The staff are consistently warm and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better. I’m already looking forward to coming back and trying the burrata salad next.

  AWFUL! They charged almost 4 dollars to add chicken and there was BARELY any chicken in the pasta!! It's such a small portion of pasta with barely 3 pieces of chicken in it. What a rip off. From all the reviews and hype I am beyond disappointed, it's literally an insult to your customers to put 3 small pieces of chicken strips and charge 4 dollars for it. Never ordering again.
