Cheese was thick, dry, and hardened. All the manager could say was that he was sorry. After the order was redelivered delivery guy called to ask for my apartment number despite providing that info during initial call. It turned out that was the issue, as the apt. number was incomplete as shown on delivery boxes. The person taking the order was not accurate or efficient. Service at this location is declining.
