    1 star (just because I can't put 0 or minus)Today, November 23, 7:46pm, 2025, I came to Papa John's store to pick up my order. I paid the employee in the photo (a man wearing a green jacket and a bicycle helmet inside the store), I gave him $20 in cash, he was supposed to charge me $13 for a 16-inch pizza, in the end he took $ 18. This employee intentionally returned me only $2 in change and took $18 of my money from me. Blatant cheating in the evening right in front of the camera. He knew exactly what he was doing–he smiled without saying anything. This is not a “mistake". This is a deliberate deception. a completely dishonest employee. I don't have a receipt because he wasn't going to give it to me, the exact time is on the photo info. I may have to inform Papa John's corporate office, DISMISS THIS EMPLOYEE IMMEDIATELY. He robs every customer who pays in cash. How many people has he robbed already? Your cameras show everything clearly – do the right thing before you get sued or shut down.I appeal to everyone who reads this.: DON'T COME TO THIS PLACE. DO NOT PAY IN CASH.

    Regular customer but things have gone down since the two Dominican managers who ran the store left. Have never had so many issues with my orders. Today will be the last time I order. Why would a slice have an odd whole in a slice ? I don't know. The new manager/person in charge is unapologetic and very dry. The ONLY good thing left at this store is my favorite delivery person. Forever nice!
