    Frustrating experience. Received food two hours after placing order. Called to find out reason for delay; manger “Manny” said that deliverer called multiple times but did not answer which was untrue, as I did not receive any missed calls. Manager “Manny” said that he would make sure the order was remade and promptly delivered, which was also untrue. Food eventually came and was not fresh, rather reheated. Cheese was thick, dry, and hardened. All the manager could say was that he was sorry. After the order was redelivered delivery guy called to ask for my apartment number despite providing that info during initial call. It turned out that was the issue, as the apt. number was incomplete as shown on delivery boxes. The person taking the order was not accurate or efficient. Service at this location is declining.

    Regular customer but things have gone down since the two Dominican managers who ran the store left. Have never had so many issues with my orders. Today will be the last time I order. Why would a slice have an odd whole in a slice ? I don't know. The new manager/person in charge is unapologetic and very dry. The ONLY good thing left at this store is my favorite delivery person. Forever nice!
