  Now I was just starting to like panera bread but what in the world is this in my chili. I can't even tell yall what this is. Never again. This was at this location I ordered before from a different location. I'll just stick to that one cause this is insane. & the crazy part is I was getting down eating it up until i saw this. 🤮

  Always a big fan of Panera's soups, especially the tomato (with the baguette!) Not a fan of the seating here, as there's only 4 seats (basically none 'cause it's taken most of the time). I recommend ordering for pickup here. Otherwise, you may end up waiting up to half an hour (from what I've experienced during lunch hours). The lady and gentleman that usually do the pickup orders are quick with orders. And I never see them lose their smile or professionalism, even when it gets super busy.

  I've been coming to this Panera daily for over a year, and the service is consistently excellent. A huge shout-out to Huy; he knows my name and my order by heart, and he is always incredibly friendly and hardworking. It's rare to get such personalized service at a busy spot like this. Even when I'm just getting my coffee on the way out or when I come back home in the neighborhood, Huy and the team make it a great experience. The coffee is pretty solid, and the grilled cheese with tomato soup is my guilty pleasure there.

  Had a lovely breakfast here with fresh, flavorful food 🥖🥗 • The avo melt in focaccia was a standout—perfectly toasted, well-seasoned, and very satisfying • The goddess salad was fresh, balanced, and complemented the sandwich nicely • Also tried the kitchen sink cookie and it absolutely did not disappoint—a definite must-try 🍪 • Arrived early, so the space was quiet, clean, and not crowded • Dining in felt peaceful and very comforting, especially on a chilly post-snowstorm morning ❄️ • The staff were kind, welcoming, and quick to serve • Overall a cozy, relaxed experience with great food • Looking forward to coming back to try more of their sandwiches Updated: •Tried the Asiago steak and black bean soup, and their smokehouse bbq chicken sandwich: they’re all so good! •Customized my orders and added some veggies (arugula, cucumber, tomatoes) •Will also be back to try the Cinnamon bagel. •Great food and quick service!

  This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. At the Panera Bread near Columbus Circle on Mon Jan 19 at 8:55 AM, an employee became rude and confrontational after a simple mix-up with drink cups, yelling at us and even throwing the wrong cup in the trash. She continued to insult and swear at us, and the store manager was unable to calm the situation or control the staff. This behavior was unprofessional and frightening. I will never return and strongly urge Panera Bread to address staff training and management.
