My job is there so often i buy from there, every time I go there with hope and most of the time I get a bad experience. The picture is an example of today's purchase and I also bought a hot latte today. They put two lids on it, and it spilled on the way. They are so careless! The other day I got a cold sandwich, or a not-toasted bagel. Overall Most of the time I got bad experiences. I wrote this today because they need to be more careful. Their job is to taking care of the customer, they get paid for that, we pay for the food and services! they are just not doing thier job properly
