  Left Us waiting more than 10 Minutes. They need more help. They are also stocking items while getting in the way of customer. Unfortunately I had to ask for a refund because of how long it was and the manager Jonathan Flores more than glad to not make it right or access why we were leaving he just took the action to give us out with money and dismissed us. Please be careful and stay away from shopping here unless you have more than 30 minutes to waste.

  Service is great but their coffee is good when fresh but they need to stay on top of the freshness? I start work at 6am and arrive at Panera around 5:30. Their coffee is luke warm. It never taste fresh. I can count on my hands how many times I had fresh coffee from panera which is sad. Excellent fresh coffee, but they don't remake it enough. It sits out for hours and they dont change it. Atleast make fresh coffee when it aligns with people work shifts. Sadly McDonald's has better coffee. Which is sad to say.

  Maria was the best made my day after a the longest hospital stay. She seriously went about and beyond and truly thank her for her kindness. Needs to not go un noticed. Truly one of a kind. Will travel states to just come back for her professionalism. Thanks so much

  I had the most amazing experience here I always thought Panera was a little bit expensive 😬 but one cold cold day I had to have something to eat I was in the area ; I tried the broccoli cheddar soup oh my goodness it was soooo delicious it’s creamy loaded with broccoli at the bottom it’s just total perfection ; They also sell it in stores Amazon etc I would highly recommend and even encourage anyone to give it a try it will not disappoint 🤞🙂

  I always loved Panera because the food and the kind attention but today I had a really bad experience with one of its employees. I ordered and after a few minutes I received a text saying that my order was ready so I went to the counter to ask this guy. I showed him my phone and I explained to him that I wanted to pick up my order. He was very rude since the first moment, saying “the text can say that it’s ready but if it’s not here is because is not ready”. I kept waiting for 5’ more but I saw people, that ordered after me, receiving their stuff so I went again to the counter and I checked by myself the names in the bags that were ready and this guy told me again “ma’am the app can say that’s ready but we don’t work with the app, if your order is not here is because we are working on that” so I replied that I even couldn’t see my name in the board where they indicate which orders are being preparing and he said “you’re waiting for 5’ and you’re complaining!” I was very frustrated and I told him that I want to talk with his supervisor and he replied that there was not a supervisor and he was trying to help me. I insisted because I know they should have to put someone on charge but he denied and he asked me why I want to talk with someone else, so I told him that he was being rude and he, ignoring me, just told a girl “could you serve this lady?” and when she read my order she noticed that she had my order all this time in the counter. This guy never apologized to me, he just went away when I told him “did you see that? If you really wanted to help me, you just had to ask…” The only good thing was that when I was going out, the supervisor appeared and apologized to me, but that doesn’t change the bad experience that my elderly dad and I had.
