- EGErika GoldenOct 5, 20241.0Asking for an iced coffee with a TINY splash of milk is too confusing for the people on staff today. Spent $6.01 with a $1 tip to leave without a coffee. It was milk with a splash of coffee. Remade it 3 times to keep making it worse. The last time the person didn’t even put ice. Then they wanted me to wait for a manager to get my money back- I already waited for 4 coffees and didn’t have time. This is NYC, bizarre experience!

Imagine the shock when they tried to charge me SEVEN dollars for a MEDIUM latte, a thing that used to cost $5 just days ago.. They were just like, oh yeah it’s gone up! They haven’t even updated their price board mind you. Hilarious.. and NO THANKS! I don’t know what they are actually thinking. But sorry Nordstrom, you don’t get to charge PREMIUM Blue Bottle prices for your mediocre coffee in an ugly gross basement location. Get real! 🥴✋ p.s. Never going back again!
