Food was just meh.
Person that brought my pancakes spilled syrup on my phone.
$6 latte tasted like instant / keurig.
Would not recommend unless you’re in a hurry.

I hate writing negative reviews but I had to today. Some of the slowest service ever just to be told they don’t have bagels so they can’t make my entire meal. I order another sandwich and my friends are done eating by the time it comes out. Overall rude staff that was giving us a hard time for their mistakes.

The food was just so so. Better than your average New York City diner, but the selection was somewhat smaller than a typical diner. My main complaint was by their own admission, They were woefully understaffed. So the service was atrocious. I could go into a blow by blow, or simply illustrate the overall lack of service by saying the one and only time they asked me if I needed anything else I said, could I get a refill of my water and 20 minutes later after I finish my meal they never come back to refill my water even though they walk past my table multiple times and I asked more than once. This is probably the only time in my adult life that I have not left a tip, no matter how bad the service. Usually, if you don’t get good service, you can get something free by complaining to the manager, but the manager wasn’t even there so it’s just not a place I’d recommend.
