My main complaint was by their own admission, They were woefully understaffed. So the service was atrocious. I could go into a blow by blow, or simply illustrate the overall lack of service by saying the one and only time they asked me if I needed anything else I said, could I get a refill of my water and 20 minutes later after I finish my meal they never come back to refill my water even though they walk past my table multiple times and I asked more than once. This is probably the only time in my adult life that I have not left a tip, no matter how bad the service. Usually, if you don’t get good service, you can get something free by complaining to the manager, but the manager wasn’t even there so it’s just not a place I’d recommend.
