I visited this place with my family, my husband and our two children. We didn’t have a reservation, but we were still welcomed in and given a table, which we really appreciated. The service was friendly and very quick throughout our visit. I ordered the black cod as my main dish, and it truly lived up to the hype without being overdone. The ambiance was also very pleasant and well done. Overall, a great experience for our whole family. Also pretty child friendly!

Over the weekend (Sunday) I was taken here for my birthday. Restaurant wasn't busy, so it was a quiet evening. It was our 1st time. Our server Sigar (apologies if I spelled that wrong) went over the menu with us & helped us choose. Our drinks, the crispy rice, black cod, doughnuts & everything else we ordered was very good. Our waiter was attentive and very nice to us. I plan to go back soon.

Nobu is one of the best sushi restaurants I have experienced. I arrived early on a Tuesday and sat at the sushi bar. Everything I ordered was freshly made while I watched and incredibly delicious! The sake was fantastic too - every one I tried. The sushi chefs were very professional, but they tell good jokes and stories. I will definitely be back. My wife and I bought each other Nobu gift cards for our next visit! I highly recommend Nobu!

I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share this experience.
We went for a Christmas brunch priced at $85 per person. The promotional photo featured a beautiful, elegant raw seafood tower, which created certain expectations. Although the menu was explained, the food was extremely disappointing and far below what was presented.
The family-style appetizer consisted of a single plate that appeared careless and poorly executed, more reminiscent of leftovers than a thoughtfully composed dish. The sushi was served with radish that was falling apart, the taco was not crispy, and the fish was dry and lacking flavor. Overall, the quality was significantly below average and unacceptable for this price point.
For the main course, we ordered the garlic shrimp with noodles. The dish we received resembled a very basic stir-fry with a watery sweet chili sauce and no real depth of flavor, bearing little resemblance to what was described on the menu.
What makes this particularly disappointing is that we visited for Christmas brunch last year, when the experience was great and everything was served buffet-style. This year’s offering felt entirely different, and it is difficult to understand what happened to cause such a noticeable decline in quality.
We paid over $100 per person, and the food quality did not justify the cost. Given that this was meant to be a special Christmas brunch, the experience felt like a waste of money.
The space itself is beautiful, which unfortunately was the only positive aspect of our visit.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was a letdown from start to finish. Despite having a reservation, we were forced to wait 20 minutes while the reception staff treated us with arrogance and dismissal.
The dining area is in the basement; it was incredibly loud, stuffy, and poorly ventilated. It felt suffocating rather than high-end.
The Food:
We were a table of four and spent $550, yet left completely unsatisfied. Most hot dishes were oily, heavy on seasoning, or lacked quality.
• Glacier 51 Sea Bass ($56): Supposed to be truffle and miso, but had zero flavor of either.
• A5 Wagyu New Style: A waste of premium meat. It tasted overwhelmingly of generic soy sauce.
• Squid Pasta: Essentially just wok-fried vegetables with squid. I’d expect this at a casual Chinese restaurant, not here.
• Shiitake Salad ($30): Way too oily.
• Miso Soup ($9): Tasted exactly like instant soup.
• Salmon Tartare: Heavily over-seasoned and the portion size was pathetic.
• New Style White Fish: The flavor profile was just weird.
• Grilled Salmon ($40): Oily and unremarkable.
• Sushi: The nigiri ($8/piece) was average at best. The Salmon Tacos were too salty, though the Lobster Tacos were passable.
The Service:
The service was as poor as the food. Haha when I left a standard 15% tip, he sneered at me.
If you are looking for authentic Japanese food or a pleasant environment, go elsewhere. Nobu worldwide seems to be resting on its name rather than quality. Don't go.
