If I’m being straight, Morton’s The Steakhouse delivers a reliably good meal — the steak hits the mark, the sides are solid, and the service works. My experience (and what recent reviews reflect) leans toward “good-not-great,” especially given the price. Many folks say the steak is properly cooked and the overall place is leather-seated and moody enough for a night out. That said, the consensus seems to be: you’re paying for the brand and ambiance as much as the food. The sides and extra touches don’t always feel elevated or exceptional for what you spend. For a 4-star outing, it’s a safe bet — enjoyable, worth the night out — just don’t walk in expecting a jaw-dropping, best-steak-ever experience.

We had an incredible experience at the Wagyu, Whiskey, and Wine Dinner at Morton's WTC! The service was exceptional and the meals were delicious and expertly paired with cocktails/wine. All of the staff were personable and attentive throughout the entire evening, but managers Jair and Charles, elevated the event. For the entire experience, they worked the room beautifully, personally introducing each dish and taking the time to visit every table. Their engagement and dedication made the whole night feel special and intimate. What sealed the evening was Jair's thoughtful gesture. He knew we were there celebrating my sister's birthday and he brought her out a special treat at the end, which made her truly happy. Thank you for a wonderful evening and we're looking forward to more experiences like these in the future. We highly recommend this experience!

Our server Tevin provided us with great suggestions for drinks and I loved the fact that he was very knowledgeable with all ingredients for each entree. I would definitely recommend coming here! Also Andrea who helped us was very welcoming!

I came to Morton’s this weekend with my family to celebrate my grandparents’ anniversary and I’m so glad we did. Our dinner was excellent and the dessert, as well as the dessert drinks really hit the spot. This restaurant has been a celebration staple for my family for big occasions since I was a kid. Some items that are newer which I liked were the charred broccolini and a new sweet sauce paired with the crab cakes (one of my all time favorites!). Seeing that waiters like Andres have sustained a higher standard of customer service that I’ve come to appreciate from Morton’s made it even better. Big shout out to him as he made sure that our experience was positive (was able to riff along with our family’s sense of humor) and took the time to help us decide what we wanted to order. He also served my affogato with a lovely added flair.

We had a wonderful celebration dinner at Morton’s The Steakhouse after the successful end of AUSA 2025 Week. Everything about the evening was perfect — from the warm welcome to the impeccable service throughout our meal. The staff were professional, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. The food was exceptional. The lobster bisque was rich and velvety, the shrimp cocktail fresh and flavorful, and the steak was cooked to absolute perfection — tender, juicy, and beautifully seasoned. The sides, especially the grilled asparagus and sautéed mushrooms, complemented the meal wonderfully. The atmosphere was elegant and inviting, making it the ideal place to unwind and celebrate after a busy week. The cocktails and wine selection were excellent and paired perfectly with the dishes. Overall, it was an outstanding dining experience — refined, delicious, and memorable. A perfect way to wrap up AUSA Week in style. 🍷🥩✨
