  The bathrooms were closed and when we had the chance to use them they were very dirty, tge smell was terrible.

  Food is always cold, the biscuits are stale, and this time the biscuit wasn’t even packed with the order. This isn’t a one-time issue — it happens every visit. Very disappointing and not worth the money.

  I received my order in a timely manner. They should keep the area where the customers sit much cleaner but other than that, their service is good.

  Yesterday I was rob in this store by some homeless individuals asking to help them with food. Horrible place. I ask Manager and employees for help and they treat me as I was the criminal. No help, no sympathy. They leave all this individual take over the waiting area of their establishment at 608 West 207 St. and they don’t do anything. Please don’t go to this place it should be close permanently. BE VERY CAREFUL AND AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS!!

  This place says it’s open 24hrs it really isn’t cause at 1am they shut everything down to start cleaning for the morning serving breakfast ask me how I know that is because I placed an online order through the app at 3am during my break for the $8 Big Mac combo the order went threw saying your meal is being prepared so I showed up around 3:40 or 3:45 cause I took my break late unfortunately and gas told when I arrived that they shut everything down at 1 and they stopped serving so I asked why did you take my online order if you shut everything down at 1am of course she looked at me with no answers threw the side window and she has the nerve to tell that I can get my food tomorrow so I looked at her like I’m hungry now are you serious mature person in me walked away and said not a problem I called corporate and now I’m writing this review
