  Le seul hic ... il n'y avais pas de siège de toilette dans la salle de bain pour homme au 2 iem étages, faut dire qu'il sont sollicité énormément, le personnel est très gentil, temps d'utilisation des tables pour manger est de 20 min. Lolll

  To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with a recent McDonald’s order placed through DoorDash. We spent over $60 on this order, and somehow something as basic as sauces was completely forgotten. This might sound small, but when you order McNuggets, fries, and other items that are meant to be eaten with sauces, the sauces are not optional — they are part of the meal. We specifically selected and paid for multiple sauces, yet not a single one was included in the bag. It is extremely irritating to spend that much money only to receive an incomplete order. What makes this worse is that DoorDash orders are supposed to be checked carefully before being handed off. There is no excuse for missing every sauce when it is clearly listed on the receipt. This mistake ruined the experience for everyone involved and left us stuck with food that was not prepared the way it was intended to be eaten. At over $60, this was not a small order, and we expected basic accuracy. Instead, we were left disappointed, annoyed, and feeling like our money was wasted. These kinds of errors make customers lose trust and think twice before ordering again. I hope this issue is taken seriously and addressed, because forgetting something so simple yet essential is unacceptable — especially at this price point.   McDonald’s is a reliable place when you want something quick, familiar, and affordable. The menu is consistent everywhere, the service is usually fast, and it’s convenient for busy days or late-night cravings. While it’s not gourmet food, it does exactly what it promises and is easy to enjoy.

  People sleeping everywhere, starting arguments with customers. At least a third of the people aren't even customers, they come in with food from surrounding restaurants. All this equates to fine for grab and go, but should pass if your planning to sit down and enjoy your meal. Edit: change to a one star because manger said he was gonna address the situation and did nothing.

  It was alright. I would’ve expected something better from the United States of America since this is the birthplace of McDonald’s. This tasted worse than every single McDonald’s I have ever been to in my entire life. I would not recommend McDonald’s here in the USA. I do not see why people love those fried hash browns which want to make me throw up. The McMuffin didn’t go well with the Canadian bacon. Hot chocolate was alright. The restrooms are relatively clean and require a code you can get from the sweet cleaning lady, the only thing I found positive about this McDonald’s franchise. It was relatively clean, but I expected something better from the US.
