They sometimes don't load the hand sanitizers, and also they sometimes don't reload the paper in the kiosks' printers, so you often have to look at the screen and memorize your number instead of holding a receipt. It's the winter, which means a lot of the homeless stay here to loiter, leading to very awkward and rude experiences sometimes. And this is in a poor area with a lot of run down, closed spaces where the homeless all gather, so be wary. Their delivery bikers all sit at the tables right behind the entrance, so those tables are never available. There's a basement floor, but it has been closed to customers since the pandemic.
