I ordered no ice from kiosk..i got ice. I ordered sauce from kiosk..i got no sauce. You have to wait long plus no english. Not run well.

I waited over 20 minutes for a simple order of medium fries and a mocha frappe, which sat right in front of me melting the entire time. What really got me was watching bigger, more complicated orders get taken care of before mine. How that makes any sense is beyond me. It was absolutely ridiculous, and after this experience, I won’t be coming back. You just lost a customer.
