    This location has to be one of the worst in the city. Constant overcrowding, wet floors, sketchy activity by the entrance door & inside the bathroom. They are known for horrible customer service. The manager (pictured) has one of the worst attitudes and speaks down to customers & delivery workers (Uber, DoorDash, etc). She gathers around & speaks about customers in an unprofessional way, specially if they know the customer doesn’t speak the language & is unable to understand. They will speak down to their customers & constantly forget items. The KIOSK machines are always slow & do not work. The soda machines (they are two in store) are always spilling ice on the floor causing a safety hazard. I warn everyone that comes in. Corporate should really investigate, & reassess management team, standards & practices store wide.

    This McDonald’s felt genuinely so exhausting to visit. The overall atmosphere was tense and uncomfortable, with long waits, low energy, and a sense that everyone, and even customers and staff alike, just wanted to be somewhere else. It made what should be a quick, simple meal feel emotionally draining. Unfortunately, the food didn’t help either. Everything tasted off, like it had been sitting around too long, and nothing felt fresh or satisfying. For a place that’s supposed to be fast, reliable, and consistent, this experience was the opposite. I left feeling more stressed than fed, and I don’t see myself coming back anytime soon.

    Every single time I come to this McDonald’s to get food for me and my kids, they mess up my order. Today I ordered the new Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich meal with bacon. When I got my sandwich, it had no bacon or lettuce — just pickles and sauce. They gave me everything else, but not what the sandwich was supposed to come with. This keeps happening, and it’s frustrating, especially when you’re paying for specific items. Please do better.

    If I could give no stars I would. Tonight I ordered on seamless and my chicken nugget was bitten into and the piece was spat into the box. DISGUSTING. Not to mention they must be borderline illiterate because every time I order here for delivery it’s wrong. If I order sprite, they send coke. I order extra onions, I get two measly onions out of spite it seams. I order bbq sauce, they send no sauce. Seamless has to constantly refund me. After tonight I’m done forever. I’m also calling DOH asap, no way they deserve an A.

    The\nParking lot is horrible.You have to have someone let you out.Due to the drive , throw , the parking lot does not have ample parking the first time I ever visited this McDonald's in New Jersey.And I couldn't even get out of the parking spot.I had to wait thank goodness their were drivers in the drive through that backed up for me to get out and I had a small suv
