    Very bad I order a lot of food an I ask for big bag an this manger gave me a little bag it was on 12-28-2025:at 6:30 pm she walk alway my bag was riping very nasty

    The laziest and most disgraced location in Harlem. And they lie about the bathroom. It’s perfectly functional. Employees use it but they tell customers is out of order

    I’ve travelled to more than 80 countries, and during a visit to Harlem I urgently needed to use a restroom. I saw a McDonald’s with a “customers only” sign at the bathroom, and at the same time noticed a homeless man asking for a cheeseburger. I thought it was a win-win: I could purchase a cheeseburger for him, use the restroom as a customer, and also help someone in need. Before ordering, I confirmed with the cashier that if I bought the cheeseburger I would be able to use the restroom. She said yes. I paid for the food and waited for the bathroom to be unlocked, but despite waiting repeatedly, I was ultimately refused access. Although I’m glad the homeless man at least received a meal, the experience was extremely disappointing. Out of all the McDonald’s locations I’ve visited across more than 80 countries, this was by far the worst. If I were the franchisor, I would seriously review the behaviour, customer service, and management practices at this location.

    The food is amazing everytime I go here but the service sucks they are always rude and disrespectful not to mention homeless people always in there causing issues each time . This is the second worse McDonald's in harlem
