He was sitting in the corner on his phone screaming into his phone at someone at the top of his lungs. All patrons kept staring at him because he was making such a disturbance. A guest came up to him and asked if the bathroom was available. The McDonald’s employee screamed OPEN…OPEN….OPEN!!!!!!!!! At the man in the most aggressive, angry, and loud manner. Then the employee turned to everyone in the room and screamed “what does he not understand about open?!”. Then he went back to screaming at someone on his phone. Extremely unprofessional and I doubt any tourist in that room at that time will ever be back to that location.
