There was a McDonald’s employee working on the second floor on Jan. 11 between 5 & 6pm. He was sitting in the corner on his phone screaming into his phone at someone at the top of his lungs. All patrons kept staring at him because he was making such a disturbance. A guest came up to him and asked if the bathroom was available. The McDonald’s employee screamed OPEN…OPEN….OPEN!!!!!!!!! At the man in the most aggressive, angry, and loud manner. Then the employee turned to everyone in the room and screamed “what does he not understand about open?!”. Then he went back to screaming at someone on his phone.
Extremely unprofessional and I doubt any tourist in that room at that time will ever be back to that location.

Estuve allí la semans pasada en el q eata a media cuadra del Bryant Park. El 27.12.25 llegamos mas otros 21.30 pedimos y subí a buscar mesa . La estaba limpiando con unas toalla tas húmedas.mias pq es bastante sucio mac en general y vino un empleado de malos modos a gritarme y decirme q me fuera q estaban cansados y se querían ir yo atónita como no ha lo bien inglés dije no ...seguro me quiere decir otra cosa
En eso una sra latina en otra mesa salto a decirle q de ninguna era nos iríamos q habíamos pagado q decia abierto y nos íbamos a quedar y le exigió q venga eñ supervisor
Cuando subió eñ supervisor casi muero un empleado muy dealiñado con muy malos modos era igual al ot4o era obvio q no era supervisor y nos echo !!! Así q baje le dije a mi esposo q estaba en la cola esperando el pedido y me puse a los gritos q me devolvieran la plata sino iban a a poner el cartel de cerrado . Me diji q la empresa no les permite poner el cartel obvio . Osea ellos se querían ir y les falto sacarnos a patadas...HORRIBLE , NO ME QURIQ DEVOLVER LA PLATA HASTA Q FINALMENTE me la devolvio

This was my first time at this particular location, but it's the third or fourth restaurant of this chain that I've visited. They're located in a very nice, upscale area, with plenty of space for customers, whether you're dining in or taking out. The service was average, but the establishment was incredibly dirty. Everywhere I looked, there was trash. I understand that there are more people around during the holidays, and that some people are inconsiderate and don't dispose of their trash properly, but during busy times like these, they need to pay much more attention to these seemingly minor details, which are part of the normal daily cleaning routine.

I was really disappointed with this visit. Such a tourist spot & what poor service! It is a known fact that anywhere In NYC, if you do not purchase anything to eat/drink you cannot use their restroom. Therefore, that was my first question upon entering the store. I asked her in her native language to let me in the 1st floor restroom. Her reply was that there were two upstairs bc the site has 3 floors. My son and I ordered and proceeded upstairs. No napkins, food was cold and the order was missing items we had purchased. I went to request my missing items and he said they no longer had any. Then why did the kiosk allow me to purchase it? So where's my money or the replacement! Unbelievable! The seating area was small upstairs with limited seating space on the second floor and disgrunted customers. The third floor was closed. Quickly ate to allow others to sit and ran to the restroom. Doors locked and a code was needed to get in! Ran downstairs and questioned if they could key me in bc I really had to go. I was sent to the manager who displeased stated ALL the restrooms were flooded! I told her I should've been told when I questioned before placing my order, I honestly would've chosen some other place to eat. She claimed it just just happened. Great, what restaurant would let me use the rest room now? Overall horrible!

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en este McDonald’s fue bastante negativa. A diferencia de lo que normalmente se espera de una cadena tan conocida, este local carece de un buen servicio al cliente y de un control adecuado del espacio.
Uno de los puntos más incómodos fue el estado de los baños, que se encontraban sucios y, en algunas ocasiones, no estaban funcionando correctamente, lo cual deja una muy mala impresión, especialmente en un lugar de alto tránsito.
Desde la entrada, la experiencia ya resulta desagradable. Hay una persona indigente que abre y cierra la puerta, emanando olores poco agradables, y no se percibe ningún tipo de supervisión o control. Debido a esto, cualquier persona entra y sale libremente, lo que genera una sensación de desorden.
En la parte superior, donde uno se sienta a comer, es común que lleguen indigentes a pedir dinero, lo cual resulta incómodo y, en lo personal, me hizo sentir inseguro mientras estaba en el lugar.
En resumen, este local en particular no ofrece una experiencia agradable ni cómoda. Más allá de la comida, factores como la limpieza, el orden y la seguridad son fundamentales, y en este caso, dejan mucho que desear. No es un lugar que recomendaría, especialmente si se busca comer con tranquilidad.
