  The food is good. The place is very crowded. Best to order through a kiosk. Also has front counter to order as well. It takes a little while to collect the food. It's difficult to find a counter to eat and parking.

  ordered bin mac. The burger was dry... especially annoying when a person on the distribution calls your number and ignores. I waited for him to let a few people go to explain to him that my order was right in the front.Such situations are pissed off and do not want to return again. They often make mistakes in orders, do not look at notes. The milk in the coffee was sour. but I'm already used to the fact that hot coffee is cold, and milk is often sour. The only thing that is always good in McDonald is products that do not cook themselves: Apple Pie

  I came to this mcdonald’s earlier today and it was quite busy, which means many orders were being called out at once and there were lots of people waiting around the pickup area. My number gets called out and in the 2.5 seconds that it takes me to walk from where i was standing to the pickup bay, the woman working there decides that my order is not allowed to be put down on the counter where at least 20 other orders were and locks it inside a box, i’m standing there watching her out it away and am a bit unsure of what has just happened, i wait by the box for a few minutes to see if maybe she realised my order was incomplete and was waiting on additional items, but she never adds anything else so i ask her to retrieve it for me in between her calling out numbers and she stands there and lectures me about how i shouldn’t wait ages to get my order and should have gone when she called it, i then proceed to tell her that actually i did go as soon as she called it, she just put it in this box before ever placing it on the counter even though every other order was placed on the counter. she then rolls her eyes at me and waves me off. I found this really upsetting as i didn’t do anything wrong and instead of her just giving me my order she had to stand there and lecture me even though she was the one who made the mistake. I feel as though every other place i’ve been to in new york has had excellent service and was quite upset by her actions. I don’t know her name but she had short hair so be ware of her!!! she will hide your order from you and lecture you when you’ve done nothing wrong :((
