    Bums fighting security workers getting orders incorrectly food was nasty and cold it got me and my kids sick it more like McDonald's of horror it really horrible

    homeless people outside holding the door and begging for money and harassing me. sometimes they come inside too. ZERO order kiosks which is extremely dissapointing. you can ONLY order at the counter. its extremely narrow and gets packed very quickly. theres more room to eat on the second floor but the third floor is barred off arbitary reasons. very little seating, most of it is counters where you have to STAND. no thanks! AVOID. the lady at the counter didnt even check my receipt so someone could have easily stole my food if they got there before me...

    We just came and ordered to use the bathroom and they said that the restroom are just for employees .

    Very rude and unprofessional employees. I ask for the restroom, they said restroom upstairs and open. I make the order only because I need to use it. Restrooms for customers only. After order I checked restroom, he was locked. I asked to open it, they refuse and start be rude. “That’s not our problem. No I didn’t tell you anything before. Go out” and so on.
