I contact the Booking.com and they said that it's because I have account in Booking.com and that the coupon of 50 dollars can not be applied to the deal because the rate for the hotel is already within Genius loyalty programm and that coupon doesn't work with it. That was disappointing because these terms where not mentioned anywhere on McDonald's or Booking.com. I'm very upset know that I have lost my 15000 point at McDonald's and no discount on my hotel. Please return my 15000points to my McDonald's account!

Unfortunately, the DoorDash/UberEats team handling online orders needs some serious improvement. Orders get messed up (wrong sauces, missing items, etc.), refunds are nonexistent, and it feels like they're playing a game of "who can screw the customer the most." Today, I had to step in and fix the mess myself. If they can't get it together, maybe it's time for a change in management. Fix the online ordering process, McDonald's! Because I ordered an apple pie she puts a pumpkin pie in my bag I’m wrong if I go inside and hurt her right ? I see why they be unaliving them people stop aging with people hard earned money fr pack sauces for nuggets and if u don’t have the right pie refund me my money simple
