This time, the employee unlocked the door from the outside while I was still inside, even though I clearly said I was using it. I started yelling for him not to come in, and he closed the door again. Seconds later, he started banging and yelling at the door in an impatient and aggressive way. When I came out, he made offensive and sarcastic comments while other customers laughed at his “joke.” It was an extremely humiliating and disrespectful situation.
