  I had a great experience at Margaritaville restaurant in Times Square and wanted to call out the exceptional service we received from Andrea. From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely friendly. She made great recommendations, kept everything running smoothly, and created such a fun, relaxed atmosphere at our table. It’s rare to find someone who balances efficiency with such warm hospitality, but Andrea absolutely does. Our drinks were fantastic, the food came out quickly, and she checked in at just the right moments without ever making us feel rushed. Customer service like that really makes a difference and turns a simple meal into a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be back and will absolutely ask to sit in Andrea’s section, at the bar, again.

  Waited 20 minutes before being acknowledged another 5 on top to be served. Once served the women who took care of us was fantastic. Nachos were delish and buffalo wings were crispy and flavorful both are must try's.

  I had a really great experience staying at this hotel. The room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Everything felt fresh and organized, and you can tell they take pride in keeping the property in good condition. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better.The only thing that could use improvement is the shower temperature. The water was either very hot or very cold, and it was hard to find a comfortable middle setting.Other than that small issue, everything was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

  The restaurant was beautiful. Even though we didn’t have a reservation, we were seated right away. I would still recommend making one, just to be safe. We were seated away from the main crowd, and I’m not sure if that was because we didn’t have a reservation or for another reason. We stopped in just for drinks and an appetizer. We ordered the wings, fries, and crab dip, and everything tasted great. Our drinks were served in a blender that you can actually take home, which was a fun touch. My first drink, however, was spicy—and it was not good at all. Alcohol and spice just don’t mix for me. I let the waitress know it was spicy, and she didn’t seem to believe me at first, but thankfully I was able to get a different drink

  Pretty middle of the road all around. There's a nice view of times square, and the giant statue of Liberty in the middle of the restaurant was pretty sick. But the food was just ok, and even though the restaurant was pretty empty (we went at like 4:30 before a show) the service was not fantastic. BUT we did see some drug deals out the window, and saw one of the dealers get arrested which was pretty entertaining. There are so many amazing restaurants in NYC. Try more local fare!
