  My friend and I made a reservation at 8:30PM for two. We were seated on time and then left at our table for over 20 minutes with no service, no hello, no have you been helped, nothing (while multiple servers passed us making direct eye contact). After about 25 minutes, I walked over to the bar where serval employees were located to ask for assistance. I said to the bartender, Danny, “we are seated over *points* it’s been 20 minutes with no service, is there any way you can help us get some serve?” He very rudely turned and said “No.” I said “No one knows whose section is it?” And he said “No. I am the bartender and you need to stop yelling!” Mind you we are IN A BAR RESTAURANT, I am using a louder voice to ensure all employees can hear what I am asking for, not being rude at all. Although I will say the restaurant wasn’t that busy which made the situation worse. We were walked over to the table by a waitress who was trying to figure it out. She took our drink orders. 10 minutes later? No drinks. Waitress and bartender are hanging out talking at the corner of the bar. This is now 40+ with nothing but an argument with an employee. We had to get up and walk out after 45 minutes of sitting at a table with no food and no drinks, we then had the girl who took our drink water follow us all the way down to the escalator to let us know that we needed to tell her that we were leaving… Super interesting experience. Check out Yard House across the street.

  Остаемся в отеле Margaritaville, взял завтраки, очень пожалел, официанты очень долгие, очень, приходишь, зовешь их, а им все равно они не подходят, еда не очень, совет не берите здесь завтраки и ходите в другие заведения, к отелю притензий нет, он хороший

  Dined with a larger touring group (35 people.) Service was pretty slow--refills were hard to come by. Staff was nice. Food was ok. We were given a very limited menu to order from. My chicken sandwich reminded me of a cheap chicken patty sandwich at from a regular fast food place. Because our tour package was all paid in advance and we had the limited menu, I truly have no idea how much I paid for my meal. I just wouldn't be very excited to return.

  I can only speak about the bar and all I can say is that Danny is the best! My cousin came here on a Friday night and despite having a packed bar and working solo, Danny was super attentive, helped us get the Knicks game on (even though he’s a Nets fan 🙄), and was just a nice person all around.

  There’s nothing really redeeming about this restaurant. Standard frozen Sysco products flash fried and flopped in sauce. Service was terrible 2+ hours despite the restaurant being empty. Icing on the cake is the 3% ‘operational fee’ that they tack on the bill with no prior warning. I guess the rest of the restaurants in midtown are free to operate since they don’t have this fee?
