- TAThe Snack AdventureMar 13, 20261.0Restaurant claims to use 100% gluten free ingredients, which is great as someone with Celiac, and that seems to be true. HOWEVER an employee was eating a donut from Dunkin donuts in the food prep area, getting crumbs EVERYWHERE and then brushing them onto the floor. If you know anything about gluten issues, and especially Celiac, it's that the tiniest bit of gluten contamination can make someone incredibly ill. If I'm spending $25+ dollars to get my meal at a gluten free restaurant, I'm expecting not to get cross contaminated with gluten, safe to say I may not be coming back here.

When I started to eat it, I realized I couldn't cut the center, and saw it was completely raw in the center (while cooked on the sides). They offered me another piece of salmon, but why would I want one from the same batch. I was able to substitute it for some quinoa, but at that point I was so grossed out I threw everything out. I've been here a few times before and my suspicion was that things were undercooked and left sitting out for a while, and sigh my suspicion was made correct.

Then they started using a scale to control servings (which, fair enough). Now the scale is gone and the weight feels like about half of what it used to be. While prices have increased. This was a once a week place for me. Today was the last straw—gonna increase my visits to Naya and Cava instead.
