  My Fiance and I wanted to stop here in our way out of NYC. We didn't get to, but we did end up grubhubbing it. We got black coffee, and a maple frosted, chocolate frosted, and regular frosted donuts. When we recieved our order, it came clean and neat. The coffee was really really wrapped up with no spills. The donuts did not disappoint. They were super super light while holding the flavors they are. The coffee was not too strong. Especially for my Fiance who is sensitive to coffee. Overall it was a great delivery experience.

  How would you feel if you stood in a ridiculously long line excitedly watching hot, fresh donuts be made next to you for 20+ minutes just to get up to the register for the cashier to tell you “there’s no more hot donuts being made right now”? Is that not the point of the hot light? If you’re refusing to give hot donuts then why is your HOT light on? To give more insult to injury I saw the same cashier go to the conveyor belt to grab hot donuts for the people in front of us. I’m infuriated. I was already tight on time to catch my bus so I didn’t argue and figured the donuts would be room temperature. What did I receive? A box full of COLD donuts! Donuts so cold it was like they came out of a refrigerator. All for the nyc time square price of $28.99. I am so upset I would have talked to the manager but again I was late on time. In this economy it’s absolutely horrible to play games and play with people’s money like this. A business should respect its customers not bait and switch. This happened at 10:30pm on Saturday Nov 15th 2025.

  Visited on Nov 12, 2025 at 7:48pm. Black female employee was extremely rude. She said "Wait in line behind that sign - it's not that hard!" I asked another employee her name and was told KATIA (however cannot be sure if this is accurate). She didn't have a name badge on - likely because she is so sassy and doesn't want people knowing her name then complaining. I mentioned her behavior to the manager on site (Luis) yesterday while checking out but also feel the need to write it here. This is not the way employees should be speaking to customers - especially at this Times Square location where many tourists and locals visit. Only one register was open when we visited. At least 2 employees were standing around doing nothing - they should have opened another register. KATIA was amongst those employees standing around doing nothing (other than opening her sassy mouth to utter the unprofessional comment alluded to earlier). Basically getting paid to do nothing and deter customers from coming back to this location. Please hire employees who are friendly and suited for customer service! Glancing thru reviews other customers have written, this seems to be a theme.

  Traveled from Maryland (4.5 hours) on Veterans day to try the Big Apple donut and visit a couple viral food spots, only to be told that they ran out of ingredients to make the Big Apple donut. This is the Flag ship store that carries the only specialty donut that people come from all over the country to try AND YOU RUN OUT OF INGREDIENTS 😠 this is absolutely a black eye on the management of this store and further shows the decline in customer service. If this is your ONLY store that carries a specialty item then you should do what's necessary to make it available at all times

  Esta no es una simple tienda de donuts, es una atracción más dentro del espectáculo de Times Square, y quedamos absolutamente encantados con la experiencia. Queríamos un capricho dulce para saborear mientras disfrutábamos del caos luminoso de la zona, y Krispy Kreme no nos defraudó en absoluto. Desde fuera, la tienda ya te atrapa, con su pantalla gigante y un diseño súper chulo que se integra perfectamente en el ambiente de Times Square. Una vez dentro, el proceso de pedido es muy sencillo y rápido. Utilizamos las pantallas táctiles de autoservicio para pedir un pack de tres dónuts para la familia, y el pago fue muy sencillo. A pesar de estar en una zona de tanta afluencia, el tiempo que estuvimos esperando fue corto. Mientras esperábamos, disfrutamos muchísimo mirando todos los rincones de la tienda. Lo más espectacular es, sin duda, la zona donde se puede ver la producción en tiempo real de los donuts. Aunque en nuestro caso estaba parada, la instalación en sí es muy guay de ver. Además, ver todos los escaparates y expositores con una variedad enorme de colores, sabores y tipos de dónuts fue una experiencia en sí misma. Vimos también el famoso dónut exclusivo de Times Square (no lo venden en ningún otro lado) con forma de manzana, que pese a no comprarlo, nos llamó la atención. Y lo más importante, los dónuts estaban buenísimos! Eran súper suaves, y los rellenos estaban increíbles. Fue un placer degustar estas delicias mientras caminábamos en medio de las luces de Times Square; una combinación que tienes que probar! Fue una experiencia totalmente genial y muy recomendable.
