  Best customer service and staff! Which isn’t always the case in busy nyc lunch spots. They’re always so friendly and accommodating. I could eat the kickin chicken wrap every day of my life.

  Ordered a wrap for pick up and waited over 10 mins in the store after my pick up time, just to have them tell me they ran out of materials to make the wrap.

  If only I could give this place a -1 star, Worst customer service, very disappointed by the manager that works there. Ordered a mobile order to pick up. I came an hour earlier and requested to make it now since I’m there. And was told that they are working on it. After waiting for 30 min the manager comes out telling me that they can’t in a very rudely manner. Will never be visiting this location again.

  Food is standard Jimmy Johns (solid), but I have to say the staff here is wonderful. On a street like Fulton, which is littered with poorly run fast-casual food joints, it's refreshing the way these employees treat customers. Also, local leadership seems great too. Am finding myself grabbing food from JJ's more frequently now because the customer experience is so much better.

  I finally understand why my wife speaks about Jimmy John's with such nostalgia, thanks to the incredible team at the FiDi location. This was my first time ever trying JJ, and what an introduction! We ordered the Beach Club and the Ultimate Italian, and both sandwiches were amazing. The bread was fresh. Ingredients tasted high-quality. Beyond the food, the location itself was clean and welcoming, and the staff was genuinely friendly. A huge shout-out to Sammy and Lourdes, who took care of us with their efficient and kind service. Very glad FiDi has a JJ location that represents the brand so well. I’m now a believer, and we'll be back soon!
