  Never in my LIFE have I seen a group of people who can’t follow directions to save their life! The sandwich’s in theory are good IF you can get them made correctly but that’s hardly possible. I literally gave them time to get it together but it hasn’t happened yet! I can’t understand for the life of me how you can write and tell the workers what you want and they still give you what they feel like. On top of consistent WRONG ORDERS, this location is SLOW ! Staff seems very Unqualified! It hurts me to write this review because I like having a jimmy john local but it hurts me more to keep spending money on food and service that’s subpar.

  Perfectly constructed sandwich. Impressive. They did not rush. But also very slow cause they take their time so it’s a trade off for sure.

  This is probably the best Jimmy John's in New York City because you can get a sandwich AND a Dunkin coffee in the same location. Wow! They pair very well together. I recommend the Spicy Italian sandwich with extra jimmy peppers.

  Ordered a sandwich for pick up. I get to the store and they are making sandwiches for customers who are ordering at the counter and not for pick up. They had the ticket on their sandwich making table. What’s the purpose of pick up ordering? Please don’t buy here. Edit: 11/23/25 I decided to give you guys a chance again because I truly feel like my last experience was just a blip in your many orders. This time I ordered for pick up again and the sandwich was made to perfection. I will buy from here again, I will bump up to a 5 stars once i know it’s a consistent.

  got my order wrong. I preferred an unwhich and they even gave me spoiled lettuce. Don’t go here, thought I would try because it was my first time and this is a new store, but not worth it at all.
