I visited Five Guys for a casual meal and had a positive experience. The burgers were fresh, well cooked, and very filling. I liked being able to choose my own toppings, which made the meal feel more personal. The fries were hot and served in generous portions. The restaurant was clean, and the service was efficient even during a busy time. Overall, Five Guys is a dependable place for a satisfying burger and fries. It is a good choice when you want something straightforward and filling.

Jó volt egynek, de nem egy nyugodt helyen van. Volt bent több barátságtalan, büdös ember is.

Five-star experience today at Five Guys thanks to Manuel and Mailee the cashier with glasses (sorry if I misspelled her name). My milkshake came out watery due to the machine, and once I mentioned it, they immediately fixed the issue, refill the machine with new product and remade it with no attitude at all. They kept me updated on the wait time and were nothing but kind and professional. I order this milkshake about five times a week, and great service like this is why I keep coming back. Keep shining.

Hope, Hunger, and Burnt Bacon Let me start by saying the staff was wonderful. Friendly, polite, welcoming. Truly, no notes on customer service. Unfortunately, customer service cannot save a burger that has already passed into the afterlife. I went to Five Guys knowing full well this was a reckless financial decision. Times are hard. Groceries are the responsible choice. But I said, “You know what, Natasha, treat yourself. This is going to be amazing.” I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup, and pickles and prepared myself for joy. What I received was not joy. What I received was bacon that had been thoroughly… committed to the fire. No cheese. No patty I could meaningfully detect. No amount of condiments could rescue the overwhelming flavor of pure, unfiltered char. I took one bite. One. And unfortunately that single bite stayed with me far longer than anyone would reasonably expect. Let us just say my stomach spent the next 24 hours politely but persistently reminding me of that decision. For over $20, I did not get a meal. I got regret. Nothing ruins your day quite like splurging on fast food, knowing you should not have, and then realizing you paid premium prices for something that tastes like it was introduced to the grill during a personal vendetta. Again, lovely staff. But the kitchen and I are no longer on speaking terms. Five Guys, please explain why I had five emotions, and all of them were disappointment.
