    If I could give no stars for the service I receive about 30 minutes ago I would. I ordered the 6 dollar breakfast meal and expressed to the manager I did not want bacon on my sandwich they still put bacon on it. I am catching a train home and did not have the time to check my sandwich. Clearly there is bacon after I asked not to have bacon on my sandwich. Shame on the manager who took my order and still made a sandwich that I cannot eat.

    Rude, unprofessional guy in the cash register . No manners, doesn’t know how to behave with customers. It was my second visit around 5:30 pm today. I don’t feel like to go there for next time.

    I am a frequent customer at your store and usually have positive experiences. However, I would like to bring to your attention an issue I experienced with a staff member during my recent visit. On 09/23/25, I placed an order, and it was prepared incorrectly. When I requested for it to be remade, a staff member, who identified herself as a manager, interjected in the conversation in a manner I found unprofessional, raising her voice and suggesting a refund instead of simply remaking the order. I had not requested to speak with a manager. The other employees at the store were courteous and professional, but I have observed this individual behaving rudely toward both customers and colleagues on previous occasions. I am not certain of her official role, but her attitude negatively affected my experience. I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed appropriately. I hope this feedback is helpful in ensuring a positive experience for all customers and staff. Thank you for your time and consideration.
