I order chipotle wraps and they always come out cold and sloppy all over the place. There’s a new lady here that cooks them and she literally always makes my food cold. I rather just go across the street to Starbucks. The manager of this place is also the rudest person in the city. Even customers sit and bond over stories of how mean and angry he is all the time at customers.. this place is ridiculous

On asking, there was no cutlery or coffee stirrers, which I would like the think are essential in a coffee shop of this calibre.
