  ⭐️ 1/5 – Deeply concerned about food safety and quality standards I have always been a loyal Dunkin’ customer and usually enjoy their coffee and fresh donuts, but my recent experience at this particular location was extremely disappointing and concerning. I purchased a box of donuts, expecting the same good quality that Dunkin’ is known for. However, when I opened the box shortly after leaving the store, I was shocked to find visible mold growing on one of the donuts. At first, I thought maybe it was just an odd spot or sugar residue, but upon closer inspection, it was clearly mold. This discovery was not only unpleasant — it raised serious questions about how products are stored, checked, and rotated at this location. Food safety should always be a top priority, especially in a well-known national chain like Dunkin’. What made the situation even worse is that everything looked completely normal when I made the purchase. The staff was friendly, and the display looked fine, but it’s obvious that the freshness checks were either not done properly or the items had been sitting out for far too long. Selling spoiled products, especially ones that are meant to be eaten immediately, is unacceptable. I’m writing this review not out of anger, but out of genuine concern — for customers’ health and for Dunkin’s reputation. This kind of oversight could easily make someone sick, and it damages the trust that people have in the brand. I truly hope that management reviews this issue carefully and takes immediate corrective action. That includes checking expiration dates, improving daily quality control routines, and ensuring all bakery items are properly stored and rotated. Every food establishment should have a clear and consistent policy for freshness verification, especially for perishable items like donuts. Mold does not appear overnight — which means this batch had likely been sitting for several days without being checked. Regular visual inspections, temperature control, and better staff training could easily prevent something like this from happening again. I would also suggest that management communicates openly with their employees about food safety and the importance of customer trust. People come to Dunkin’ not only for coffee and donuts but because they trust the brand and expect a certain level of quality. That trust should never be taken for granted. While this experience was very disappointing, I still believe Dunkin’ as a company cares about its customers and product standards. I hope this review helps bring attention to what went wrong at this particular location, so it can be fixed promptly and thoroughly. I would gladly update my review in the future if I see that steps were taken to improve food safety and freshness practices. Until then, I would recommend that anyone purchasing donuts here check their items carefully before leaving the store, and that the management take this feedback seriously as an opportunity to rebuild customer confidence.

  The staff was nice and helpful and didn't rush me when I was ordering. Also, the place looked clean.

  Food/coffee wise, it's Dunkin but service is pretty bad. I had 2 box of joes. When i asked for some more paper cups, i was told I'd need to pay 5$ for 5 paper cups. I will not be coming back here.
