The women are incredibly slow, ignore customers and a simple coffee to take 30 minutes to get even when the store is empty. I even tried ordering an event with mobile order. Got there 20 minutes after my order and still have to wait another 15 minutes for the order. Every time I go, the women are more focused on talking than working. I walked in today and there was a guy who was clearly irritated at the situation and I asked him how he been waiting a while. He told me that he was a local and a regular to the place and that he constantly has to wait 20 to 30 minutes for a coffee. I am buying my own disposable cups and brewing coffee at home!
