  Wait can be up to 10 minutes depending on how much the employees talk amongst themselves while a bunch of people are waiting for their orders. Coffee is sometimes watered down and sometimes it is fine. It's quite a mixed bag. Nothing out of the ordinary here for your typical Dunkin Donuts experience

  Everything about this location is comically wrong. It's a window stand near a subway entrance so it's always crowded, loud, and often too hot or too cold. All that would be bearable, if the location was well staffed and efficiently run, but it's always understaffed (usually 1 or 2 overworked and angry people) and horribly run. I made the mistake of going today. The employees seemed to not care that people were waiting in the freezing cold and only reluctantly took orders after multiple prompts. Then the service was horrible. The woman in front of me ordered 2 donuts and it took almost 10 minutes for the employee to pick them up, put them in a bag, and throw them into the delivery window. While I was waiting that same employee sneezed into a tray of donuts. The floor seemed sticky and unsanitary. I ended up not picking up my order. If I could give this place a negative rating I would.

  If you want to catch attitude with customers showing up at 10pm, may I suggest changing your hours to close early and use the time to train competent staff

  Very disappointing experience on Saturday morning around 8 a.m. I stood at the cashier for about 5 minutes while staff were busy talking loudly instead of helping customers. My drink was made incorrectly — I asked for sparkling water (which I order regularly), but it was clearly made with lemonade. When I politely pointed it out, the cashier was rude and insisted he was right instead of fixing it. One employee even slammed the door and walked out. This is not the first time I’ve experienced bad attitudes here. Dunkin’ can do better

  Horrendous service. They get your order wrong and throw your food AT YOU. Complete disregard and respect for paying customers. Only go if you are dying of thirst or hunger….. or go across the street to Pret or Essa. At least they have the decency to greet you.
