Even when I think they missed part of my order, it turns out it was ready, I just didn't look hard enough. Staff is friendly and will answer any questions even if they're busy, busy, busy. No indoor seating, grab your order and go. Great for a quick breakfast or your midday coffee break.

While I was ordering breakfast on my way to work, there was no one else in the place, and the order screen was visible. They prepared my food but hid it behind the counter while several customers who arrived after me received their orders. During this time, the owner personally began handing guests their orders while I waited patiently. When we inquired about my meal, we found it sitting there, getting cold. Since we were the only customers, it's puzzling why they would conceal my food instead of placing it on the to-go order shelf.
