  I went into this establishment to order a large milkshake. I was told that the ice cream I requested in my milkshake would break the milkshake mixer. Why have ice cream and milkshakes on the menu if you refuse to serve it because it will “break the machine”

  the staff are the sweetest and the fastest and always get the order right and make the coffee the best i love this branch so much

  Order takes forever although ordered on the app. The staff is beyond unprofessional, it s unheard of. I asked for a packaging suitable for a bike ride (ie as if i was delivering it). The packaging was sooooo poorly done that the coffee was just swimming in the bag they gave me. I had to throw it away less than a minute after getting it. The worst part is that the staff was annoyed when i asked for this packaging. They also barely speak english. The food looks already highly processed and so far from fresh that you would wonder what takes them so long… Overall, I strongly advise to go somewhere else Qahwah or even mcdonalds. I would stay away from this DD branch as much as possible. Terrible experience i regret the minute i had the idea of getting breakfast there. After that even if they pay me i wouldn t go.

  The workers are so friendly and provide excellent service especially Adil and Anamul. They’re so nice and really care about what customers want. Atmosphere is clean and spacious. They have a big selection of icecream, donuts, and drinks. They’re quick with your order and provide great quality.
