I ordered ahead while I was across the street at Chipotle, figuring it’d be ready by the time I got there (like 10 mins later). When I showed up, my drink wasn’t there and the worker looked super confused when I showed her my mobile order and payment. She grabbed a receipt, walked off, and started making other drinks — so I thought she was making mine. After waiting around again, I asked what was going on and only then she tells me someone stole my order. No apology, no heads up, nothing — just attitude. She kept giving me a passive-aggressive tone when I tried to get a refund, and even said she didn’t know how to do one. The whole thing was ridiculous. If you mess up or the order gets stolen, at least communicate that instead of wasting people’s time and being rude about it. Never coming back to this location.
